Noble 2500 is about a 10-minute walk from the University of Texas campus, located on the corner of San Gabriel Street and West 25th Street.
Noble is in the West Campus neighborhood, a short walk from popular spots including Cain & Abel’s, Cold Cookie Company and Longhorn Chick. It is across the street from the popular convenience store Orange Market, and close to other West Campus apartments including 26 West, HillTop and The Standard.
Amenities

Noble 2500 was built in 2022, and it offers a variety of amenities to its student residents.
The student apartment complex has a fitness center, a pool with outdoor grills and a Jumbotron, a Lucky Lab Coffee Co. on the first floor, plus private and group study rooms.

All units come fully furnished with windows in each bedroom, hardwood-style flooring, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Select floor plans have walk-in closets.
Each installment includes a Smart TV in the living area, ceiling fans in each bedroom, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer unit.
Parking
Noble 2500 offers parking in their secured garage. These spaces are available at an additional monthly cost on a first-come, first-serve basis. Noble also offers secure bike storage.

Floorplans & Pricing
Noble 2500 offers studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, and 4×4 floor plans. Their studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, floorplans have balcony options. Additionally, they have 1×1, 2×2, and 3×3 “large” options for those who would like some extra square footage. All bedrooms come with their own bathroom.

Base rent prices are available from the leasing office, and, at the time of publication, range from the $900s to just over $2,000 depending on floor plan.
