Location
HillTop is located on the corner of San Gabriel Street and West 24th Street, about an eight-minute walk to the UT campus.
Located in the West Campus neighborhood, HillTop is a short walk from popular spots including Cain & Abel’s, Raku and Pluckers. It is across the street from the second location of popular convenience store Orange Market, and close to other West Campus apartments such as Villas at San Gabriel and The Standard.

HillTop was built in 2020, offering student residents a variety of amenities.
The student apartment complex has a terrace pool deck, fitness center, coffee bar, on-site management and study lounges on each level. On the terrace pool deck, you’ll find a Jumbotron, a grilling station and an in-pool tanning shelf.

All units come fully furnished with hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, plus walk-in closets in select units. Each installment includes a TV in the common area, Wi-Fi, and a full-size washer and dryer.
Parking
HillTop offers two and a half levels of underground parking in their secured garage. These parking spaces are available at an additional monthly cost on a first-come, first-serve basis. They also provide bicycle parking.

HillTop offers 1×1, 2×2, 3×2, 3×3, 4×3, 4×4, 5×4, and 5×5 floor plans. They have double occupancy options in 1×1, 4×4, and 5×5 floor plans.
At the time of publication on December 2023, rates for 2024 – 2025 at HillTop range from the $800s to over $1,700 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on HillTop’s floor plans page.
