With the extensive amount of student housing properties available in West Campus, it can be overwhelming to navigate all that each property has to offer and which one will be right for you and your roommates.

With over 40 floor plans to explore, state-of-the-art amenities and a convenient location to UT Campus, we know Rambler will make an amazing home for our future residents. However, we know there are other options for UT students with similar location and amenities. In order to help you narrow down your options and understand what each property has to offer, we’ve made a side-by-side comparison between Rambler and The Mark to evaluate the basics, location, amenities, pricing and floor plans.

Located at 2513 Seton Ave, Rambler is only a couple minute walk from the Moody College of Communication, the Food Truck Park, and a variety of food hotspots, including Pizza Press, Madam Mam’s, Kerbey Lane Cafe, and Roppolo’s!

The Mark

Located on W 23rd Street, The Mark is about a 9-minute walk to the Union. In just a few minutes you can visit Sweetgreen, Cain and Abel’s, or any of your favorite spots on Guad. It’s also close to many other West Campus apartments, including Waterloo and The Standard

Pricing and Floor Plans

Rambler

Rambler has floor plan options ranging from studios all the way to 6×6 penthouses. You can find current availability and pricing on our floor plan page.

Every unit comes fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, full-sized washer dryer, smart TV, high-speed internet and cable, as well as an electronic fob lock and deadbolt on the front door. The kitchen features warm, gray cabinets with black hardware and beautiful multi-quartz countertops. Plus, all of the 5×5 and 6×6 units feature a mini fridge for extra storage space in the kitchen.

The Mark

The Mark offers floor plans from studio to 6×6. Base rent prices for all units are currently not listed on the property website.

Every unit will come fully furnished with high-speed internet and cable, as well as trash removal. The kitchen features acrylic cabinets, white tile backsplash, and graphite quartz countertops.
