The 30th story of Waterloo is home to its rooftop pool, boasting views of both UT Campus and Downtown Austin. This amenity space also features a hot tub, tanning ledge, rooftop bar and outdoor kitchen.

Villas on Rio: Full Resort Spa

Villas on Rio is home to one of the most impressive spas in West Campus. This resort-style amenity includes hydrotherapy immersion pools, a meditation room with a private lounge, and individual steam rooms and saunas. The spa also has locker rooms and total body massage chambers to relax after a long day of class.
Moontower: Yoga Room

Moontower’s bright and airy yoga room boasts stunning, unobstructed views of the UT Tower. The 18th-floor studio is equipped with yoga mats and a full-wall mirror complete with a ballet barre, creating the perfect ‘zen’ environment.
The Nine at Rio: Golf Simulator
In the Nine at Rio’s first-floor resident lounge, you’ll find a state-of-the-art golf simulator. This feature is complete with controls to customize your game along with bar-style seating to take turns watching friends play. Ruckus 2.0: Lucky Lab

The first floor of Ruckus on Rio’s two-story lobby houses one of West Campus’s Lucky Lab locations. This conveniently-located installation functions as a full coffee shop with indoor study spaces, an outdoor walk-up window, and online ordering.

The Standard: Fitness Center
The Standard’s fitness center is extremely popular among UT students because it is one of the most spacious apartment gyms in the area. This seventh floor amenity includes everything from two squat racks and rowing machines to a connecting yoga studio.
Torre: YouTube Rec. Room
Inside of Torre’s top floor amenity space is West Campus’s first YouTube Recreation Room. The room is fully-equipped with lighting and environment sets. The soundproof walls also make this amenity double as a great study area.
