Location
Rise at West Campus is located on 2206 Nueces Street, which is around a five minute walk to UT Austin’s campus.
Located in the West Campus neighborhood, Rise is walking distance from popular spots including Starbucks, Sweetgreen and Pluckers. It is directly across the street from the Villas on Nueces and is close to other West Campus apartments such as The Standard, Waterloo and Moontower.

Rise at West Campus has a rooftop pool deck where you’ll find a jumbotron to watch all the big games, grills, and cabana style seating. The property also has multiple study rooms, a soundproof jam room with various instruments, and a social lounge available to residents and their guests.
They also feature a pet spa and bark park for residents’ furry friends, as well as a 24-hour fitness center, plus a wellness spa and sauna to help you relax post-workout.

All units come fully furnished with smart TVs in all the bedrooms, a full-size bed with memory-foam mattress, under-bed storage, and closet shelving.
Each unit includes a media stand with a smart TV, stainless steel appliances, and a stackable washer and dryer.
Parking
Rise offers on-site parking in their secured garage. These spots are limited and available for an additional monthly fee. Rise also has a secure, indoor bike storage area where residents can keep their bikes or scooters free of charge.

Floor Plans & Pricing

Rise at West Campus has a variety of different floor plans. They offer studio, 2×2, 4×2, 4×4, 5×3, and 6×6 floor plan options.
Rise has three different bedroom types: premium, primary, and private. The premium bedroom has windows and sometimes has a private bathroom. The primary bedroom has both windows and a private bathroom, while the private bedroom is a windowless room.
Each of Rise’s floor plan options have penthouse units available. All penthouse units have either a premium or private bedroom in them, as well as rain shower heads, under-cabinet lighting, and bathroom floor tiling.
Rise allows you to filter specific features, such as skyline or campus view, penthouse or clubhouse level, or easy pet amenity access, that allows prospective residents to prioritize what they care about the most.
At the time of publication on December 2023, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Rise range from the $1,000s to over $2,300 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on The Stewart’s floor plans page.
Rise at West Campus offers a limited number of SMART housing units for those who qualify. At the time of publication, these spots are reserved to those in their 4x2A, B, and D floor plan.
