Sitting at the corner of Rio Grande Street and West 24th Street, Union on 24th is a short walk to the UT Austin campus.
Centrally located within West Campus, Union on 24th is also walking distance from local favorites like Plucker’s, UTea Pho and Victory Lap. It is in close proximity to many other apartments such as Yugo Waterloo, Rambler and The Nine at Rio, plus various Greek houses like Kappa Alpha Theta, Delta Gamma and Pi Beta Phi.

Union on 24th has three levels of study spaces with several private meeting rooms. Along with an indoor basketball court and fitness center, this property is home to a spin studio, yoga/barre studio and indoor golf simulator.
Union on 24th offers plenty of outdoor space with its rooftop pool deck, sky garden and turf courtyard with a jumbotron. It is also a great spot for pet parents with its outdoor bark park and dog spa.
Other notable amenities include a gaming room, maker’s space and boxing studio.

Union on 24th offers a covered parking garage exclusive for residents. Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at an additional monthly charge. Bike storage is also available onsite.

Union on 24th offers a variety of floor plans including studios, 2x2s, 4x4s and 10x10s. Premium features, such as a private terrace or a specific view, are available for an additional cost.
All units at Union on 24th come fully furnished. Units will include a 55” smart TV, washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and quartz countertops.
