• Application fee (non-refundable) – $75 – This fee covers the cost of the background checks we run in order to approve your application, including the screening of one guarantor. This fee is due upon submission of your electronic application.
• Admin fee (non-refundable) – $200 – Residents will be charged a one-time service fee for administration, billing, bill auditing, overhead and similar expenses and charges to be incurred by the Landlord for the Term of this Lease.
• Security Deposit (refundable) – $200 – This fee is due upon move-in and refundable at the end of your lease term.
• Pet rent – $35/month. Pet fee – $350 (non-refundable).
• Trash fee – $5/month for trash service.
• Utility admin fee, $79.20.

• Boom rent reporting (optional) – $8.95/month – Residents are automatically enrolled in Boom, which reports on-time rent payments to the major credit bureaus to help build your credit. You can opt out anytime in the Boom app. To learn more, see our FAQ.
