The Sepia

Are you looking to live the Rambler lifestyle on a budget? The Sepia is the perfect alternative to a traditional shared room. It features generous privacy walls in each bedroom, allowing each roommate their own private space within the shared room.
Both bedrooms come with a window and wooden shades, allowing you to let in as much natural light as you want. The ensuite bathroom contains a shower tub-combo and a double-sink vanity outside the bathroom, so you’ll never have to wait to get ready in the morning. Each room also contains two closets so you can keep the same amount of wardrobe space.
The Moonstone

Looking to save money but still have your own room? The Moonstone may be the unit for you! With private bedroom spaces, you’ll share a bathroom with one of your roommates.

Do you qualify for SMART Housing? If so, The Marfa is the unit for you. With the largest number of units in the property, you’re sure to snag The Marfa for you and your roommates. The Marfa allows you to save money and still live with your best friends. Plus, since The Marfa offers SMART housing by-the-bed, if your roommates qualify for SMART Housing but you don’t, you can still sign a lease in The Marfa!

The Sepia faces the interior courtyard. The Moonstone, The Sandstone, and The Marfa are exterior facing, with different units facing either east or west.
