Location
Situated on W 23rd Street, The Mark is just a nine minute walk from campus.
Its central location in West Campus also means you’re within easy walking distance of popular spots like Cain and Abel’s, Muse Coffee Truck and Lucky Lab Coffee. Additionally, The Mark is close to other student housing options like Waterloo and The Standard, as well as Greek houses such as Kappa Alpha Theta and Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

Amenities
The Mark offers a range of amenities designed to meet the needs of every student. The two-story fitness center is perfect for both strength training and cardio. If you’re looking for a place to study, the building also has small group study rooms, a business center and an academic lounge.
For outdoor relaxation, The Mark features a rooftop pool deck, a spacious pool area and a rooftop courtyard complete with hammocks. There’s also an outdoor kitchen at the back of the lounge, equipped with multiple grills.

Other notable amenities include a dog washing station, bowling alley and a resident clubroom on the first floor.
Parking
Parking at The Mark is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents can reserve a parking space for an additional monthly fee, which is added to their lease. However, pricing details are not currently available on The Mark’s website.

Floor Plans & Pricing
The Mark offers a variety of floor plans, including studios, 1x1s, 2x2s, 3x3s, 4x4s, 5x5s and 6x6s.
All units come fully furnished, include high-speed internet and cable, and have trash removal services. Kitchens feature quartz countertops, acrylic cabinets and a white tile backsplash.
At the time of publication in November 2024, rates for the 2025-2026 school year at The Mark range from $1,181 to $2,360 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All pricing is subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise prices throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed. The Mark offers a limited number of SMART housing units for those who qualify. At the time of publication, these spots are reserved to those in their 6×6 units.
