Joining the team at Rambler as an LMA has given me valuable experience in sales and customer service, as well as the opportunity to demonstrate my strengths in marketing and social media. More importantly, being an LMA has allowed me to be a leader and trusted figure in a community that means so much to me! Working at Rambler gave me the chance to wear many hats, build confidence, and develop skills I still use today. As an LMA, I learned how to connect with people, understand their needs, and gained insight into how a property runs. That experience led to a sales internship with LV Collective, where strong relationships and hands-on learning helped me keep growing in a supportive, feedback-driven environment.

Starting as a LMA gave me the foundation I needed to grow into my role as a Leasing and Marketing Manager. I learned how to connect with prospects, support marketing efforts, and work within a fast-paced team. The role exposed me to different leadership styles and taught me how to stay organized, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly. My time as an LMA helped me build the confidence and skill set I needed to take on more responsibility and continue growing in my career.
