Community Manager
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Supervisor. As a Community Manager, you will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. As an on-site leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

Leasing Manager
The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing and marketing at the property. The Leasing Manager works closely with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop a strategic marketing plan for achieving budgeted occupancy. The Leasing Manager is responsible for effectively leading the leasing team and accomplishing effective leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations.

Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. Housekeeper is also responsible for the cleaning make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Community Manager prior to move-in.

Porter
The Porter is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
