Inventory Condition Form (ICF)
Your Inventory Condition Form needs to be completed within 48 hours of moving in. To complete this, login to your ResidentPortal and follow these steps:
Navigate to ‘Documents’ under ‘My Apartment’ in the sidebar.
Click ‘Start Form’ to begin the Inventory Condition Form.
Hit ‘Submit’ when complete.

Please take a few minutes to review your Resident Handbook. This includes information about office hours, amenity hours, how to submit a maintenance request, how to connect to Wi-Fi and much more. You can also always access this in your Resident Portal.
